Information on your device

Scores, settings and received in-game messages are saved on your device to remember your progress and preferences. Your local best score does not require diagnostics or notifications.

Advertising

The Android game shows ads. Google and its advertising partners may process device and installation identifiers, device and app information, approximate location inferred from your internet address, ad interactions and diagnostic information. This information is used to deliver and measure ads, personalise ads where permitted, and prevent fraud.

You can manage available advertising choices in Settings and in your device's advertising controls. Declining personalised ads does not necessarily remove all ads. Rewarded ads are optional; watching one to completion can grant the continue offered in the game.

Game diagnostics

Diagnostics are optional and off by default. If you enable them, device and app information, crash reports, installation identifiers and usage events are sent to our service provider, Google, to help us find faults and understand how the game is used.

You can turn diagnostics off in Settings to stop future collection through this option. This does not delete reports already sent, or change the information processed for advertising.

Notifications and in-game messages

Notifications are optional and off by default. Dragons Den does not separately collect or store notification tokens. Google handles notification delivery and, when enabled, may process app installation identifiers, device and app information, and message interactions to deliver and manage news and messages from Dragons Den.

Turn notifications off in Sixsmith Settings to disable this option. You can also block system alerts in Android settings; that is separate from the in-game setting.

Your choices and data security

The game does not request your contacts, camera, microphone or precise location. Sharing, ratings and store links open only when you choose them. Information you provide to another app or store is covered by that service's privacy policy.

Information sent to our service providers is protected using encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security. See Google's privacy policy and data controls for how it handles information.

Retention and deletion

Local scores, settings and messages remain until they are replaced or removed. Clearing app storage in Android settings removes local scores, settings and messages. Your Android backup settings may affect whether local data is restored.

Clearing local storage or turning an option off does not erase records already held by service providers. Advertising, diagnostic and message-delivery records are retained according to their purpose, the service's settings and the provider's retention rules, including applicable security and legal requirements. If you contact us, we use your email address and the information you send to handle your request. Support correspondence is retained only as long as needed to resolve the request, handle related follow-up or meet legal obligations.

You can use the contact route below to request access, correction or deletion of personal information. Available rights depend on where you live. We may need information to verify your request, and we may not be able to identify records held under a device or installation identifier from an email address alone.

To contact Dragons Den Game Studio about Sixsmith, open Sixsmith on Google Play, expand App support and use the developer email listed there.

Use this email for privacy questions and data requests, including concerns raised by a parent or guardian. Mention Sixsmith and describe your request. Do not send passwords or unrelated sensitive information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the game's features or data practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Where required, we will provide notice or request consent for material changes.
