Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the Gravity game, published by Dragons Den and created by @KHILJI, handles information when you use the Android or web version.
Information handled by Gravity
- Game and preference data: high score, progression, completed-run count, sound choice, notification choice, and review-prompt state are stored on your device.
- Gameplay and usage data: app opens, sessions, game starts, scores, continue choices, settings activity, and general app or device information may be processed to understand how Gravity is played and improve the experience.
- Diagnostics: crash traces, non-fatal errors, app version, device model, operating-system information, and related technical state may be processed to identify and repair stability problems.
- Messages and alerts: a device messaging token, subscription status, delivery information, and interactions may be processed to deliver Gravity news and notices when you enable them.
- Advertising: the Android release may process resettable advertising identifiers, IP address, device and app information, consent choices, and interactions to select, deliver, measure, and protect advertising.
- Store activity: app version, device compatibility, and store-related signals may be processed when you check for an update or choose to rate Gravity.
Gravity does not require an account and does not intentionally ask for your name, email address, payment details, contacts, photos, microphone data, or precise location.
How information is used
Information is used to operate and improve Gravity, preserve local preferences and progress, understand engagement, diagnose technical problems, deliver requested messages, prevent abuse, provide advertising, and support store actions.
Service providers and sharing
Dragons Den does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by companies that provide measurement, diagnostics, messaging, advertising, and marketplace services on our behalf. These providers receive only the information needed for their role and process it under their own privacy terms. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect players or Gravity, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.
Retention and security
Local game data remains until you clear Gravity's storage or uninstall the game. Other information is retained only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and service protection. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, although no connected service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
- Enable or disable game alerts from Gravity's Settings page and manage notification permission in your device settings.
- Reset local scores and preferences by clearing Gravity storage or uninstalling the app.
- Use the Privacy choices entry in Gravity and your device privacy controls to manage available advertising preferences and permissions.
- Do not use Gravity if you do not agree with this policy.
Children
Gravity is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum digital-consent age in the user’s country. Dragons Den does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child supplied personal information should use the contact method below.
International processing and changes
Service providers may process data in countries other than your own. This policy may be updated when the game, legal requirements, or service providers change. The effective date above identifies the current version.

Terms & Conditions
By downloading, opening, or playing Gravity, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
License and ownership
Dragons Den grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Gravity for lawful entertainment. The game, artwork, branding, code, audio, and other content remain owned by their respective rights holders. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, bypass security or advertising systems, distribute malicious modifications, falsely represent affiliation with Dragons Den, or use the game in violation of applicable law.
Sponsored content and connectivity
Some Gravity features are supported by advertising, including an optional one-time continue during a run. Connected features may require internet access and can be unavailable, delayed, or changed by outside service providers. Sponsored content does not guarantee game progress, availability, or a particular result.
Updates and availability
Gravity may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued. Updates may be required for security, compatibility, or continued access. Scores, progression, features, and availability are not guaranteed to remain unchanged.
No warranty
Gravity is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the extent permitted by law. Dragons Den disclaims implied warranties and does not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or loss-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dragons Den and its creator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of, or inability to use, Gravity. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Termination and governing rules
Your license ends if you materially violate these terms. Provisions that should survive termination will remain effective. These terms are governed by applicable law, and mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply.
