Privacy Policy
1. About this policy
Dragon Den publishes the Find Me mobile game. This Privacy Policy explains what information is handled when you install or use Find Me, why it is handled, the parties that may receive it, and the choices available to you.
This policy applies only to Find Me. It does not govern third-party websites, stores, advertising services, or other applications that may be linked from the game.
2. Information stored by Find Me
Find Me does not require registration and does not create a player account. The game stores your sound preference and high score locally on your device. This information is used to remember your settings and progress. Dragon Den does not operate a game server that receives or stores it.
You can remove locally stored information by clearing the app's storage in Android settings or uninstalling the app.
3. Advertising information
Find Me uses Google Mobile Ads to provide banner advertisements and optional rewarded videos. When advertising services are available, Google and its advertising partners may automatically process:
- advertising and device identifiers;
- IP address and IP-derived approximate location;
- device model, operating system, language, app version, and network information;
- ad requests, impressions, clicks, video completion, and reward events;
- diagnostic, performance, security, and fraud-prevention information; and
- consent choices and advertising preferences.
The exact information processed depends on your location, device settings, consent choices, age-related configuration, and whether Google serves personalized or non-personalized advertising. Dragon Den does not receive your name, email address, contact list, photographs, precise GPS location, or payment information through normal gameplay.
Google's handling of advertising information is governed by its own Privacy Policy and advertising technologies information.
4. Consent and legal grounds
Where consent is required, Find Me uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request and record your advertising choices before requesting ads. You can reopen available consent controls through Privacy Options in the game's Settings screen.
Depending on your country, information may be processed with your consent, to provide the advertising-supported game you requested, or for legitimate interests such as security, fraud prevention, service measurement, and app maintenance. You may withdraw consent through Privacy Options where that control is available. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before the change.
5. How information is used
Information handled through the app may be used to operate Find Me, remember local preferences and scores, display and measure advertisements, confirm completion of a rewarded video and grant the two-second retry, prevent invalid traffic and abuse, diagnose technical failures, and comply with legal obligations.
6. Sharing and service providers
Find Me sends advertising requests to Google Mobile Ads and related Google consent services. Google may engage its own providers and advertising partners. Their processing is governed by their contracts, settings, and privacy policies.
Dragon Den does not rent or sell player account information, and Find Me has no player-account database. Information may nevertheless be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or the service, in connection with a business transfer, or to providers that support the app under appropriate obligations.
7. Retention
Local settings and scores remain on your device until you clear app storage or uninstall Find Me. Advertising and consent information is retained by Google or its partners according to their policies, legal requirements, and configured retention periods. Dragon Den does not control those third-party retention periods.
8. International processing
Google and its providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may apply different data-protection laws. Where required, providers use recognized safeguards for international transfers.
9. Children
Find Me is a general-audience visual-search game. It is not intended to collect a child's name, contact details, or account information, and it does not provide accounts, chat, or user-generated content. The publisher is responsible for configuring the Play Store target audience and age-appropriate advertising treatment before release.
If you believe a child has provided personal information through a support request, contact us so the matter can be reviewed and the information removed where appropriate.
10. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. You may also have the right to complain to a local data-protection authority.
Because Find Me does not maintain player accounts or a game-server profile, Dragon Den may not be able to identify information held by an advertising provider. Requests concerning Google advertising data may need to be made through Google's privacy tools.
11. Device and advertising controls
You may control advertising personalization through Privacy Options in Find Me, your Google account, and Android advertising settings. You may also reset or delete your device advertising identifier where supported. Blocking network access may prevent advertisements and rewarded videos from loading, but core gameplay remains available offline.
12. Permissions and security
Find Me requests internet and network-state access to load consent messages and advertisements. It does not request contacts, camera, microphone, precise location, storage, SMS, phone, or background-location permissions.
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect the app and its configuration. No method of electronic processing is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
13. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the game, advertising configuration, legal requirements, or service providers change. The revised policy will show a new “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated in the app or store listing where appropriate.
14. Contact
Terms and Conditions
Find Me is provided by Dragon Den for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not misuse the game, interfere with its operation, attempt to manipulate advertising rewards, or redistribute game assets unless you hold the necessary rights.
Game settings and scores are stored locally and may be lost if app storage is cleared or the app is uninstalled. A two-second retry is granted only after the advertising service confirms completion of an eligible rewarded video. Rewarded videos may not always be available.
The game, branding, software, and licensed media are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Dragon Den may update gameplay, advertising, compatibility, or these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
