Privacy at a glance
- You can play Ball Rush without creating an account.
- We do not ask for your name, home address, contacts, precise location, camera, or microphone.
- Game preferences are stored locally on your device.
- Limited device, advertising, consent, notification, update, and diagnostic information may be processed to operate, protect, improve, and support the game.
- We do not exchange your personal information for money. Some laws may treat personalized advertising as a sale or sharing; available privacy controls are described below.
- You can control notification permission, advertising privacy choices, and app data through the game and device settings.
1. Information that may be processed
Ball Rush is designed to collect as little information as reasonably necessary. Depending on your device, region, permissions, consent choices, and how you use the game, the following categories may be processed.
Supporting services
Ball Rush may use service providers for crash reporting, app configuration, optional notifications, updates, consent choices, and advertising when those features are enabled. These providers may process the limited information described above under their own privacy terms. A supported messaging destination receives a prefilled score or app-link message only after you choose a share button.
2. How information is used
Information may be used to:
- Provide gameplay, remember settings, and maintain app functionality.
- Detect, diagnose, prevent, and fix crashes, defects, abuse, and security problems.
- Determine compatibility and whether an optional or required update is available.
- Send game notices when you have allowed notifications.
- Display, measure, limit, and protect advertising, subject to your choices and applicable law.
- Comply with legal duties, enforce rights, and protect players, the game, and the public.
Where applicable, processing is based on providing the game you request, legitimate interests in operating and securing it, consent, or compliance with legal obligations.
3. Advertising and privacy choices
Ball Rush may display advertisements. Advertising may involve limited device information, advertising identifiers, IP-derived general location, consent status, and ad interaction data. Depending on your region and choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized.
Advertising can include banners on menu or gameplay screens, a native ad on the result screen, an app-open ad over the launch screen after prior use, and a rewarded ad you choose to watch to continue a run. A run can receive no more than five successful rewarded continuations.
Where required, a consent message is shown before advertising-related processing. You may review available choices from Settings → Ad Privacy Choices while that control is required and available. You can also manage or reset the advertising identifier through your device privacy settings where supported.
4. Notifications
Ball Rush may ask for permission to send notifications about important game notices, updates, events, or optional promotions. Notification permission is optional and is not required for normal gameplay.
You can disable notifications at any time in device settings. Disabling notifications does not disable required update checks performed when you open the game.
6. Data retention
Local preferences remain on your device until you clear the app’s data or uninstall it. Other information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including reliability, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. Retention periods may differ by information type and legal requirement.
Information may be aggregated or de-identified so it can no longer reasonably identify a device or person. Such information may be retained for product and security analysis.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive information about personal data processing.
Controls available to you
- Change sound and music preferences from the in-game options.
- Read this policy at any time through Settings → Privacy Policy.
- Review advertising choices through Settings → Ad Privacy Choices when privacy options are required.
- Allow or deny notification permission through device settings.
- Clear locally stored preferences through your device’s app-storage settings.

We may need enough information to verify and process a request. Because Ball Rush does not require an account, we may be unable to identify or retrieve information that cannot reasonably be linked to you.
8. Children’s privacy
Ball Rush is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under the minimum age required to consent to data processing in their country. We do not knowingly ask children to provide names, contact details, or personal profiles.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information through a support interaction, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action. Age-related advertising restrictions and regional requirements are applied where required.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. Access is limited to purposes needed to operate and support the game.
No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security, but we review safeguards and respond to credible security concerns.
10. International processing
App-supporting processing may occur in countries other than the one where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, reasonable safeguards are used for international transfers.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the game, legal requirements, or privacy practices change. The effective date and version at the top of this page will be updated. Material changes may also be communicated in the game or through the official store listing where appropriate.
12. Contact
